“There was no one there when we arrived at the motel , then our room wasn’t ready and they asked us to come back in an hour , then once we got the room there were no towels . We asked for towels . They said they were going to bring us towels and they never did . ”

“Overall the stay was great. Yes the room is small but we still fit 3 adults with 2 kids. The amenities helped out because the pool and kids play area are caged, so I for one could actually relax without worrying my toddler and baby were going to run out. Another great thing was it's a 5-10 min walk to the beach and to stores. So really you just park and don't need to drive anywhere after that. My family deff enjoyed it and will be back again. “Check-in is advertised as anytime after 4pm. I arrived late at night and there was no self-check in and the lobby was closed. I called the emergency line and the directory was unhelpful resulting in no contact with any person. I ended up finding alternative housing that night. I messaged the property June 20th (as of June 26) have had no response. I can't even receive a refund because they won't respond to my bank.”
